How to Order
Add to Basket by Browsing As you browse through the category display pages, clicking on the 'Add to cart' button will add one of these items to your basket. If you wish to order more than one, or require more information, click on the product image to view the 'Product Detail' page.
Enter the number of items you wish to purchase into the 'Quantity Box'. Clicking the 'Add to cart' button will add these items to your basket. The top right hand corner will now also show the number of products in the basket, the total cost and a link to view your basket.
Keep browsing and add products as required, until you are ready to check out.
To view the contents of your basket, click on the 'View Cart' button. Once in the basket you can request a quote be sent to you, cancel or submit the order.
Stock Availability The stock availabilty of a product is indicated on each product.
Checkout When you have confirmed that the items on your order form are correct, Click on the 'Check Out' Link.
Here you will be required to register your details including Billing address and delivery details. If you are a previous customer of Endeavour Connect, simply enter you user name and passeword and you will not need to register again.
Once payment details are entered, Click on 'Submit Order' and a box will request confirmation to proceed or cancel the submission. Canceling the submission will redirect you to the 'delivery and payment details' screen.
Once the order is submitted, a confirmation screen will be displayed with the details of your order. Any processing problems or special messages will be highlighted in red on the message board section of the confirmation page.
If there is a problem submitting the order, a pop up box will inform the user of the problem and any actions available to them.
Your Invoice will then be e-mailed to you for your own records. |

| Efficient Delivery |
- All Goods are shipped using the best available delivery services such as Australian Air Express (AAE) or Courier Service Fastways.
- Pending on Stock availability Delivery can take up to 4-6 working days. Exceptions made for items tagged "N/A in Stock"
- All deliveries are by courier & a signature is required. No deliveries to PO Boxes.
- If delivery is to be shipped to your home address please make sure there is someone there to receive it.
- If delivery is to be shipped to your work address please supply additional signatory name & specific delivery area.

Delivery and Handling Cost Delivery cost will varying depending on the weight of your order, ranging between $15 for orders weighing under 5kg and $25 for larger orders. |

Taking delivery Orders are delivered between the hours of 7.00am and 6.00pm. In the event that there is no one to take delivery, the driver may, in the interest of security leave a card asking you to contact the driver's depot. To arrange for delivery to unattended addresses we ask that you provide "special delivery instructions" when placing your order.
Delivery to an alternate address To ensure safe delivery when you are not available to receive your goods, you may have your order delivered to another address nominated as an alternative "ship to" address.
Public holidays Our delivery service operates reliably and consistently throughout working week Monday - Friday. Some public holidays do however require changes to schedules from time to time. You will be advised of any change in schedule well in advance.
Future developments We reserve the right to alter any of our ongoing arrangements, in order to provide a better service for all customers. Consistent with our service philosophy, enhancements may be introduced to broaden our service offering. |

Satellite Phone Delivery Pending on stock availability delivery of satellite phones and accessories can take up to 14 days. You will be contacted should any further delays be expected. Some products we do not hold in stock and are ordered on demand. In the case of these items, there can be a delay of upto 14 working days. |
Pricing At Endeavour Connect our online store offers New stock as well as ex demo/used stock. All ex demo stock is in full working condition. However stock may have cosmetic scratches or packaging may be damaged, therefore we have reduced the price to account for this. Our return policy applies for both New stock and Ex Demo. |
Availability We sometimes experience greater demand for an item than expected or an unforseen delay in the shipment of goods. In the event of a delay you will be advised at the time of order placement. |
Payment Payment may be made by credit card; we accept Visa, Bankcard, Mastercard, AMEX and Diners. In this regard, you are responsible for providing a valid credit card number with available credit at the time of purchase. You represent and warrant that you have authority to use any such credit card.
You are responsible for payment of all applicable state and federal taxes. You are responsible for payment of delivery costs. These additional charges will be included on your order invoice. |
